Every week the room sharpens, the vision scales and so do you.

Built for Those Who Know There's Another Level.

Legacy League is a private membership built for leaders already in motion. Founded by Kyle Hosick and Kim Fitzpatrick, it brings together entrepreneurs, professionals, and operators who are doing well and are ready to reach another level. Each week, members show up for a focused session designed to sharpen thinking, challenge perspective, and elevate decisions. Most leaders don’t have an hour a week to actually think, this is that hour. Space to think bigger. People who pressure-test the next move with you. And once you’ve decided, a group that holds you to it.

A weekly session where your thinking gets sharper, your decisions get better, and the people around you push you forward.

For the conversations.

For the perspective.

For the people who make them better.

Brand, Sales, Strategy, Leadership, Identity.

The Calibre

The people in Legacy League are already doing it. Founders, professionals, and operators who bring genuine experience and real challenges into every session. The quality of the conversation starts with the quality of the people in it.

The Thinking

Every session is designed to change how you approach a problem, not just what you know about it. Sharper decisions, better strategy, clearer direction. Brand, sales, strategy leadership, identity and execution.

The Rhythm

Each session moves across the core drivers of growth, including brand, revenue, leadership, operations, and personal responsibility. Hot seat sessions are integrated into this rhythm, allowing members to bring real decisions into the room and work through them with focus and team strategy.

The Network

Direct access to Kyle and Kim each week, plus a private community where members connect between sessions. Every member gets a dedicated profile in the Legacy League directory, a private network of vetted professionals you can call on when it matters.

Real Builders. Real Conversations.

Legacy League is not built on theory. It is built on proximity.

We bring in founders, operators, and builders who are actively in it. People who have made real decisions, carried real pressure, and built something that works.

These are not keynote talks. They are live, focused conversations inside the room. Members get direct access to how these leaders think. The decisions they made. The mistakes they corrected. The moments that changed the trajectory of what they were building.

It is one thing to learn from success. It is another to be in the conversation while it is being broken down in real time. This is how your network expands. This is how your thinking sharpens. This is how you move faster.

Emily O’Brien
Founder, Comeback Snacks

From incarceration to building a nationally recognized brand, Emily’s story is one of resilience, reinvention, and execution.

In this live session, we will go beyond the headline story and into the decisions behind the brand. What it actually took to build it. What she would do differently. And how she thinks about growth now.

Join the League

Seats are limited. Standards are not.

Legacy League is a private weekly session for leaders who are serious about where they’re going. We keep the league intentionally small so every conversation stays sharp, every voice gets heard, and every member gets real value from the session.

If that sounds like your kind of league, your seat is waiting.

Weekly sessions with Kyle and Kim. Guest experts throughout the year. The private member directory. The session recording library. A dedicated member profile inside the league. A private community where members connect between sessions.

The rhythm rotates across the work that matters. Some weeks we work through brand and visibility. Some weeks revenue, offers, and the sales conversations that move the number. Some weeks identity, agency, and the leadership work no one sees. Some weeks the hot seat, where a member brings a live decision and the room helps them see it.

Members request the hot seat in advance. You bring a real, current decision. The room pressure-tests it. You leave with clarity, not a stack of opinions.

Every session is recorded and added to the member library. You will not lose a conversation because of a travel week or a scheduling conflict.

A private member community where the conversation continues. The directory makes that network functional. You can reach members directly on what you are building.

Yes. We bring in operators and specialists whose experience matches the real demands inside the league.

Owners, leaders, Coaches, founders, Practitioners who have built, led, and executed the work they teach.

Building something meaningful carries responsibility. Legacy League exists to give you consistent access to perspective, challenge, and support so you can make stronger decisions, move forward with confidence, and lead at a higher level. Week by week, the work compounds. Clarity deepens. Leadership strengthens. You are surrounded by people who are building, deciding, and growing alongside you.

Kyle Hosick Legacy League Host

Kyle Hosick

Most marketers talk about building brands. Kyle Hosick does it across multiple industries simultaneously. His luxury streetwear label REVENUE Brand made its New York Fashion Week debut in February 2026, less than two years after it launched.

That bias toward action and his 25 years of real world experience is exactly what Legacy League members get access to every week. As the founder and Creative Director of Agency1, Kyle has led creative strategy for some of North America’s most recognized names including Samsung, Nintendo, Yahoo, and BMO. He co-created BiZBash Toronto, founded and exited multiple digital ventures, launched EverydayActors.com and secured a deal on Dragon’s Den, and is the author of The Highway to Sell, a business playbook that translates decades of brand building and sales experience into a practical framework for entrepreneurs and leaders.

What Kyle brings to Legacy League is rare. He has sat on both sides of the table, as the marketer building other people’s businesses and as the founder building his own. He knows what separates brands that break through from brands that blend in, what marketing actually moves the dial versus what just looks good, and how to price, position, and present a business so the right people take notice.

In 2024 Kyle co-founded Lumina Legacy Institute and co-hosts Legacy Live, the podcast where leadership, business, and entrepreneurship come to life each week alongside Kim Fitzpatrick.

Kim Fitzpatrick

Kim Fitzpatrick is a strategic executive leadership coach and entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience building teams, businesses, and leaders. Over the course of her career, she built a $100 million sales organization and worked alongside large-scale teams responsible for driving performance across regions. Today, she coaches executives, founders, and leadership teams within organizations, helping them strengthen leadership clarity, decision-making, and performance where the stakes are real and outcomes matter.

A Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and currently pursuing her Master Certified Coach designation, Kim brings professional coaching standards into environments that demand discipline and accountability. In 2024, she co-founded Lumina Legacy Institute, a provisionally ICF-accredited coach education organization built to raise the standard of professional coaching and develop leaders capable of meaningful, lasting impact. Through Lumina, she is helping shape the next generation of coaches and leaders who understand that leadership is rooted in responsibility, not status.

Kim’s entrepreneurial work reflects the same commitment to execution and contribution. She founded Legacy by Kim, a product-based company that created employment opportunities for women across provinces and shipped products internationally. Through its Gift-A-Headband initiative, the company donated more than 2,500 headbands to individuals walking through cancer. She is also the author of Be Her Now, a guided journal used by thousands of individuals seeking clarity and ownership of their next chapter.

What Kim brings to Legacy League is direct, disciplined leadership. She has worked inside the pressure of growth, decision-making, and responsibility, and understands what it takes to lead when results matter. Members gain access to her ability to identify patterns quickly, challenge assumptions honestly, and hold leaders to the standards required to build work, teams, and lives that last.
